Why are all your prices quoted in pounds sterling?

We are a UK-based company. Our payment services provider Lemon Squeezy processes payments in US dollars using real-time, mid-market exchange rates at the time of purchases.

Is your pricing tax-inclusive?

Yes.

Why are there SHOP USA and SHOP UK options on your website?

The SHOP USA option provides the printable products in American English and US letter. The SHOP UK option provides the printable products in British English and A4. If you are from a country other than the USA or UK, you can choose which option suits you best.

Is a USA product with the same title as a UK product the same product?

Yes, it is the same product but there may be differences in terms of spelling, vocabulary, paper dimensions and sometimes (but not always) references.

Will any physical products be shipped?

No. All the products on our website are digital products.

Where are the colouring versions of the products?

When there are colour and colouring versions of a product, these versions will be shown on the checkout page. Some products also have a colour and colouring bundle version available.
